1. Booking and Payment

5. Liability

5.1 Prisha Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators.

5.2 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or any other issues beyond our control.

5.3 Travelers are advised to have travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to undertake the planned activities.

6.2 Prisha Tours is not liable for any medical or health issues that may arise during the trip.

7. Behavior and Conduct

7.1 Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow local laws and regulations.

7.2 Prisha Tours reserves the right to terminate a traveler’s participation in the tour if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of 

others.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Prisha Tours is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, or pandemics.
